nova 1.6 turbo

1.6 16V Turbo (190bhp) engine origionally out of a corsa conversion done by courtney sport at the cost of £2,500 it also had a mantzel powercap fitted by courteny at the cost of £550, since the work by courtney a t25 turbo was fitted and also fitted was an aquamist system. total cost of just the engine totals up to around £3,500
brand new avo coilovers (fully adjustable and damping) cost me £500
origional comp th 1 powdercoated in black with four brand new goodyear hydragrip tyres. in total cost me £600+
full blue sr interior in really good condition
2.0L 16v front disks and calipers
rear astra gte beam fitted with drilled disks

i must say the only thing missing to make the whole package finished is turbo pipes and some wiring i do not have the time to finish the project myself as i am now in the police force and a nova is not really suitable as it will draw too much attention

The car is a red mk2 nova in really good condition with only slight rust on the bottom of the rear arch and could do with new passenger door

generally i am asking for help to price the whole lot up

because its not worth the total sum of its parts, as said above. its very nice i will agree but with mint let gsi's reaching only 3.5-4k you'll be lucky with 2.5k. i hope you do get 4k, just to prove me and others wrong, good luck fella, :thumb:

i know what you all mean about never getting the same money you spend on it but there are two gsi turbos (1.6 8v turbos) going for £4000-£4,500 so mine being simillar should be worth around the same amount but nevermind she will go for what it is worth when im ready to part with her.

wheels just been powdercoated and original stickers been bought and put on brand new GOODYEAR HYDRAGRIP tyres fitted done about 20 miles. £400
rear disc beam just been stripped right back and painted up including brand new handbrake cable and also has drilled discs on. £125
shell is really really clean with the exception of the paint has gone on the passenger door £250

You might want to read Stuart's wise words on the subject of the overuse of the word 'mint'.............

well no rust in boot floor, engine bay, slam pannel, inside floor, underneath, rear suspension cups, front strut tops,front or rear towing hook, underneath the front and back bumpers around any windows including the windscreen in front and rear inner arches, no more than surface grot on any sill and as i stated all you will need is to sort rear arches out if u think its a problem and the door, if you dont believe it come look yourself. thanks ryan
