You won't find any 'exactly' like that as i made them my self from 3mm Polycarb sheet, including the sliders !

£60 or thereabouts for perspex, £40 to have the sliders laser cut. Bit of time cutting them out. Total £100

Dont think you can do it yourself, but the kit from the link Lee put up.
