They had to be high on drugs IMO. One of them got hit TWICE by a car, the second imoact was shocking! The car must have been a write off. She then got up, whacked a copper a tried to leg it. Took 6 people to hold her down, "call the police...we are the police" even then she struggled. Then when she was in the police station, calm as anything.
