alarm + indicators

ok now ive fitted my alarm n all works beautifully just about apart from i can't get the indicators 2 flash when i arm the alarm. the wiring from the alarm is 1 black/white wire and 1 black/green wire. i no these will connect to the indicator circuits but could some1 tell me the colour of the correct wires

on a nova there is three wires

black with white and green stripes, which performs the hazard function (flashes all lites) and does the tell tale bulb in your dash.

and running from the indicator switch to the hazard switch is a green black and green white, so take of your steering colum shroud and tap into the green black and white black wires (coincidently the sae colours as the ones you have - not said in a sarcastic way, just unusal thts all!!)
