Love the dash idea! But that laguna splitter is unnecessary weight ;)

Been a while since done any updates been super busy, both in there new home and now have plenty of space to get the nova stripped down like i have wanted for a long time now.

Somewhere on this thread someone mentioned about using corsa bits on nova to wide track it a little bit ? anyone done this and what could be used, rear axle with mounts modified ? arms/tie arms/ARB, steering rack, shafts ?

cheers, need to pull my finger out on nova now sick of it sat there untouched, engines out and i may use xe out of corsa and bits off that to get the nova finished, i also got a full saab turbo lump with everything, i just need to see for myself how much work it would be to put in a nova or corsa even if i dont do it.

il be checking it out this week, nova front end stripped and up in the air ready to check it out see how much needs doing and if i feel i can do it r not, cant find any done so thats worrying or if its even worth it or just do the easy route and xe it with R1 set up i already have.
hinges was from the old doors with spreader plate welded on

Ah right, well at least you have an xe you know you can basically drop in if you cant get the saab engine in.

Went for the easy route and put XE in lol, probably fitting the R1 carbs to it too
Needs painting and few bits but getting there now

Not sure on colour tested a few in areas and not keen on any apart from matte black, some look rubbish, but seen a couple look good mainly ExTrEmeOC's bad boy.
This looks nice in sun, but i dont think i would do full car in it

For a while it was space, then to busy and no spare time, iv sorted out the space but not enough hours in the day

The new twin motor compressor should help with the sanding and painting

cheers Colin, just been looking at yours, been a bit busy yourself i see
good work, do you still plan cut all of the boot floor out and replace with the sheet of carbon? will there be much weight saving as i was going to do the same.
