what is the best exhaust system i can buy for my nova to match an sbd 1600 16v manifold..can you buy a system that fits straight on?

What was the manifold designed to fit? A Corsa gsi/sport i presume?

Nothing off the shelf will fit, it'll be a cut/weld or custom jobbie

yeah corsa gsi..4-1 manifold.

they reccomend the same bore size for the system or even slightly bigger than the manifold so what could i buy that will go well with the manifold? do ashley do a good competition system?

yeah, thought i would have to cut/weld, that doesnt bother me though..

What pipe size does the manifold end in? 2"?

Ashley do 2" bore systems, and 2 1/4" bore
There loud as fcuk though.


Shame you didn't need a manifold, because in a few week my manifold and system will be for sale. Ashley custom made SS system, 2 1/4" bore, 4-1 mild manifold ending in 2 1/4" pipe. 2 Silencers, all sleeve jointed.
