Bootlid differences?

What's the difference between the MK1 and MK2 bootlids? Is it just the grab handle??

Also is there no difference between the 3 and 5 door bootlids? :confused:

the early ones without the plastic trim handle have a shallower number plate recess and i believe all the hatches are the same 3/5 door
