rite as soon as i get my nova GTE i want to put a cam in it but don't no what cam to use i have bin told Kent cams are the best but what dose every one else think

but on std management etc, I'd say something under 290degrees from the Kent NVO series. Or if you dont mind a little effort to get one, a CATCAMS cam would be ideal (again pick sub 290degrees and an injection grind)

Stuart and you have got a vx220 is it the 2.2 one or the 2.0 turbo as my dad is looking at selling his car and getting a vx220 turbo just wanted to no is it a nice car to drive as he wants a little track/road toy lol

The maker isn;t all that important, the spec is.
Piper/Kent both do pretty much identical spec cams.

I wouldn't go any more than 285deg duration on a std injection engine.
I tried a 295deg ast2 in my old spi, and it wouldn't even start up, pmsl lol
