View Full Version : Where is colour code on VIN plate?

I bought a 51 reg Vectra estate a couple of weeks back and thought I should do something about a few scratches. But I can't figure out what text on the VIN plates is the colour code? The car is kind of blue/green (hard to tell:-)

Where did you get 69l from? the colour code in that stick is the lowest left set of numbers..

Z20M? I got 69L from the second plate, second row in the middle??!!
Donts say 69l on there... an less i'm seeing something different for you.
Thats the code in the bottom left is the code i've got loads of colour codes from..

Confused.com... you click the link in my first post to get up the two vin plates, theres a black one and a blue one. Second plate (blue one) second row of numbers, 69L. What do make the code out to be then?

Yeah thought you where getting the number off the sticker. All tho the colours look different in the pics..lol

Thanks! I promise both pictures are from the same car, but were made with my phone, so the colours could be a bit off...
Now I've no excuse whatsoever not to fix those scratches;)
