yesterday my self and will went to powerstation in cheltenham and out our novas on the rollers
my made 186.7 bhp and 167.6 ft lbs at 6500 rpm
for a standard enigne with an exhaust manifold not bad at all i thought! its been on 3 different rollers all with graphs that put power between 181 and 189 bhp and the torque to be 164 to 168 ft lbs
heres mine

well then wills we all know that wills has an awesome engine under the bonnet of his nova a john toovey built race engine
wills made 234 bhp and 183 ft lbs at 6600 ish rpm
they had to run it in fifth because it kept spinning on rollers in 4th

no surprise really of the power we knew it would be 220+ bhp :D the dyno guy was very very impressed with it he couldnt get over the power it made they did 2-3 runs to confirm the power output
plans for mine are some kent 1612's for time being hopefully see 190
but i am buildin a steel rodded xe with forged piston big cams solid lifters etc so be good to see what power it makes wit the carbs as apposed to tb's
graphs to follow
