Hi all,

Up for grabs is my missus daily user one seriously immaculate Ford ka collection, being a collection model it has the colour coded bumpers, full electrics, air con etc. currently has a low mileage of 49k with full ford dealer history to back it up. It will have full mot and 6mnths road tax. The exterior is spotless no scratches, dents or rust at all and the interior is again absolutely mint. I guarantee you will not find a cleaner example unless its just come out of the showroom! It was purchased by my girlfriend at the beginning of 06 from a female family friend which was good as we knew the cars history and that it always had been well looked after. As a previous ford dealer employee I knew these cars potential rusting areas so I set to work by stoneguarding and repainting the sills to make sure they lasted for many years to come. I then waxoiled all other potential corrosion areas to death! But it has paid off as nearly 3 years on and everywheres still spotless even in areas these cars always go. Unfortunatly a few months ago whilst stationary in traffic some one ran in to the back of us causing a small amount of damage to the rear bumper centre section and rear panel. To cut a long story short we had already worked out it would be financially better for us to have the car written off and due to my works (Bmw main dealer) crazy labour rates and the fact that the cars not worth an awful lot this indeed happended. We took the pay out and the car back in the deal with the insurers. Me and another guy from work then repaired the car to a top standard. All welds, sealing, painting has been made to look original and as it should. Everything again lines up as it should. If I hadnt of told you what I have I guarantee you wouldnt suspect it had been damaged as the repairs are top notch. All that was required was a rear panel and a rear bumper centre piece. This leaves the car as a Category D which is vosa's lowest category for damaged cars also meaning it doesnt need a vic check and is not recorded on the log book. (Please see link below to check this) So if i was a dodgy guy I could sell it as a straight car hoping a prospective buyer didnt hpi the car but Im not and Im being totally honest in all Ive said. Ive also spoken to the sales guys I work with regarding cat d's as px's. They all said the same saying they Always offer half book price so as it would have been worth around 2.6k px wise we'd potentially now get 1.3k if we were to trade it in. However as its cracking car I'd like a little more as we need all we can get to buy her the streetka convertible she's set her heart on. I have included a pic of the hpi report that I printed off the other day to back up what I have said above. I just given the car a 3 stage machine polish and the interiors had a pro valet all seats have been wet vac'd etc. viewing highly recommended before she gets it dirty! It is as good as it looks! Car is located in York. please pm for any more details, regards, Nick.

Price is £1450 ono
