speedo problem :(

yo! right fitted some new clocks last week, and i had to pull the stalk that moves around to indicate what speed you are at, now i cant get it back on at the right speed :(

have i buggered it? basically either the pin spins in the centre of it, or when i use pliers to squeeze it to the pin, its at the wrong speed, help appreciated!

The best thing to do is to replace it.

u on about the needles on the dash u taken off? if so then yeah basicly you've fudged it. alot of people try fitting stupid dials and end up messing the readings on all their clocks. there is a certain way to go about doin it, but easiest is to use normal clocks lol

i had to do the same on my calibra clocks by any chance is the speedo around 10mph more than what your doing.
