Drivers door

Hi guys, my drivers door is sitting too low, so you have to kind of pick it up and then close it, any ideas how to correct this?

New door pins.

door pins or the actual hinge part on the door has movement which i had and new pins never sorted it. i had to weld the hinge part on the door back to it.
