F reg Black Nova Diamond 1.2, 23k, immaculate

I have recently inherited an F reg black Nova Diamond 1.2. it has 23,500 genuine miles on it, used by an old lady for 20 years (so not ragged). It was sat up in a garage for 5 years, and had a bit spent on it to get it through the MOT last year (new pads and brake lines etc). also recently bought new tyres. It literally had the original tyres on it!! It is in immaculate condition other than the drivers side carpet having stains from a battery leak, and a few minor dents (nothing noticable). Tiniest bit of rust on the inside of rear wheel arches, but nothing noticeable.

How much would my car be worth? I have been offered £1200 so far, am i being ripped off or is this a good deal?

put it on ebay mate any thats in good condition will bring good money now days especially mk1's if mileage that low aswell i cant see you having a problem selling it!!

if it has stains on the carpet from the battery leaking i assume the battery tray is rotten?
