I ordered some goods from them a couple of weeks ago. Sound guys, they do mail order, and I recieved the goods 2 days after ordering. They have there own custom made body kit aswell. I haven't seen this, but might be worth looking ionto if your after something different.

Yes, I've tried to but a door and a wing from them, they wern't very helpful, told me things that wern't true, changed prices, didn't answer the phone, didn't respond to e-mail, didn't respond to regular mail. The only thing they have done is piss me off.

Sent them an email via their web site,got a reply within 5 mins.Also got a call from a guy call Steve from there.Got a GSI bumper on order.They say I will have it for Wednesday.Lets see what happens!

Don't beat yourself up Chris. If I'd had bad experiences with them or any other company I would say. It's good to know that they have been known to be a little awkward in the past, but perhaps now there trying to rectify that.

no experience of them, but they did ring me up desperate for a trax space to show off a new kit/show car, so i mailed them a pass urgently and then they never showed up or said anything since.

Guess What!Got my order from Supernovas as promised on Wednesday.Knock on the door 8.30 in the morning.Excellent service,got a free catalogue,loads of bits and pieces inc supernovas sticker.I recommend them to anyone.

I have to agree with chris on this one, i live in Birmingham and used to go there regularly for parts, i used to think they were right w*nk*rs ! They always changed the prices and said they had something when they didn't ! Can be very dodgy if your not carefull ! But i went down not long ago for a tailgate and they sorted me one out ! Which was mint if not a bit pricey ! But everyone seems to be pleased with there mail order service so fair play ! :D

They have a excellent mail order service,give my mate their details for some bits.He called on Monday late at about 5,yet got his stuff the next morning at 10.Now That Is What You Call Service! :o

They had a new website a few months back, I think things changed about then.

I still avoid them at all costs, just on principle!
