Alrite, i'm doing the BUPA Great North Run on the 5th October and i'm raising money for the Alzheimers Society, i've set up a sponsorship page on-line so if anyone could spare a £1 or so then be eternally greatfull !!

Bump !!

Runs on sunday, already managed to raise a good few hundred quid from family / friends / work but could still do with some more !!

Managed to do it in 1 hour 54 mins 53 secs, i was wanting to do it in under 2 hours so well happy with it ... legs have been stiff as hell today tho !!
