WOW, thats some nice finds Ash, well done dude. My mates attempting an Epic build at the minute, involving a Mk2 Cavalier and a 3.0 24v Carlton. I'm trying to get him all space framing.

Dunno if you guys read, but the guy building the red mk2 golf has never built a car before and is learning along the way! Sorry but that welding is awesome and the fibreglassing is way better than I could manage and I've worked with the stuff a fair bit... and the roll cage his making as he goes, no plans, etc and the compound joints are cut with an angle grider - maybe baxter wasn't so mad after all.... lol

Some seriously cool builds going on there. Some serious £££'s aswell, but its well worth it! The white mk2, WOW!!! What an engine, i bet its an animal! In the lupo build i was loving the alloy as a hose reel!!!

funny enough...i just bought a wee mk2 gti there myself a week or 2 back..but i wouldnt immagine there'll anythingf just as extravagant goin on with mine haha
