On a std nova gte engine it will have to be a mild cam. Look for kent/piper cams listed under "Sports Road", "Sports Injection"

Not alot to choose from between any of the manufacturers at this spec, I've always been happy with Piper and you might be able to get away with the 285deg which is about as far as you should go, but it will be more useful should you wish to tune further with a mappable ecu or carbs.

worth looking at CATCAMS range too

And Lakeside is in ESSEX not kent lol
