arches - help needed

i have just fitted 2 new front arches to my nova. the 1 on the drivers side does not fit properly around the top section where it meets near the wing mirror with the rest of the car

any ideas how to solve the problem??

My own method would be an XL hammer, possibly a sledge. You could also buy a new arch/wing, ?26 fitted perfectly for me.


Or you could consider listening to someone with a bit more sense

where the wing is bolted (take the bolts out first!) to the A frame, try a chisel (put a cloth over the end of the chisel to avoid damage to the paint) and hammer (on the right angle) give the wing a few whacks along the crease to "pull" it in. this may help it fit better. my mate had two wings fitted and our mate in the body shop did this and they fitted ok. Hope this is of some use. :?
