XE Water hose Diagram Help

Put my XE in the nova today just need a little help where to put water hose's

can anyone help me

IIRC
Side of head to left matrix pipe
Pipe from plastic pipe behind the block to right matrix pipe
Thin pipe from inlet t-piece into top expansion tank hose.

Rest are just as normal

just done this in my coirsa but think its the same, if you stand in front of car,(gotta try and remember this)

left hand one of rad goes to thermo stat, big right one of rad goes to the end of the plastic water pipe with all the outlet on it that come off the water pump, small pipe of right of rad goes to the right one on header tank, the small left pipe on header goes to the inlet manifold far lkeft hanbd side above alternator, the right hand matrix pipe goes to the dissy or coil end of the head, the left matrix goes in to the left outlet on the plastic water bit behind engine and the right one on the plastic water bit goes to bottom of the header.

hope that makes sense if not maybe some one can put it abit better

Rad hoses are obvious, but stat housing to top of rad OS. On the black platic pipe on the back of the block, working from NS to OS, one on sideof block towards front of car 50mm ish to bottom of rad, next smaller piper 20mm ish tto Header tank, one on back to heater matrix OS, return from the inlet manifold T intop the rad return. Side of head to heater matrix NS.

these are the pipes you need:
Plastic pipe to bottom of rad - Nova SRi/GSI/GTE (part no. 90421716) - £20.15
Plastic pipe to bottom of header - Nova SRi/GSI/GTE (part no. 90296924) - £7.64
Side of head to left matrix pipe - Astra GTE 16v (part no. 90572561) - £18.45 *
Back of plastic pipe to right matrix pipe - Nova SRi/GSI/GTE (part no. 90409850) - £6.11
Thermostat to top of rad - Nova (part no. 90006336) - £14.04
Inlet Manifold to T-piece near top of header - 1.5m length of 8mm ID
Top of rad (right) to top of header - 30cm length of 12mm ID

Although I made most of them with pipe from a local piping place :thumb:

Or you can just buy a silcon kit for 2.0 16v nova about £100ish...

You should post that up in the 2l 16v guide - as I struggled with it. Nice diagram Paul
