ty175 build

Didn't post it in projects as its not a nova.
bought this bike to learn on and for fun but a it turns out with me driving its not very reliable :mad: and it kept breaking so over last winter i striped it down and rebuilt it cleaning up most parts of the bike.
First day:

got the tank, exhaust, mud guard, air box and carburator all off.

Engine out and started to clean out frame

took outside for a wash then fitted new rear shocks and rear sprocket clutch and front brake levers.

engine back in and tank back on ready to fit new ignition system

most parts fitted back on bike just a couple more tweeks to get it running again.

all put back together and ready for its test drive in the snow (its was fun)

then after snow had dryed up i got the camera out and got some good photo's.

this winter its getting fully stripped again and completely re painted.
parts changed so far:
Air filter
clutch and brake lever
rear shockers
ignition system
front and rear sprokets
new chain
sprayed exhaust and rocker cover

Wow they were 1 of the very first bikes i learnt to ride,christ it will be nearly 10years ago lol
