any nova cheap!

i am 17 and i have only just joined png. so this is my first post...
basicly im looking for any nova 3dr hatch, 2dr saloon from around £300-£400 that is not too far away from nottingham/derby that is cheap to insure and preferably not been messed about with, anything apart from 5dr hatch/saloon. t&t would be great, but aslong as theres not much work to be done im sure my bro could service/mot it no problem. (i dont use the internet much so sorry if i take a while to reply)

i look on ebay but dont have an ebay acount and i cant afford to pay out the amount of money alot of them want, and i really wouldnt like to buy a nova then get there and find a bag of rust, at least on here its all about the nova if you want to look at one its all good and if you dont want it then they sell it the next person or w/e, ebays either..you have it or you dont. much more friendly and relaxed on here. cheers anyway

i have a blue nova 3dr 1.2 on the book but a 1600 engine very cheap to insure but got the power :) im after 400 for it. it has t&t needs small fings like front shokers but nothing major if ya interested phone dave on 07933452692

Good luck with the search though, if you can wait, save and make your budget a bit bigger, you might have better luck finding a nice one!

You can get minters and munters for your price range, but your best bet is to put up a post in general chat about things to look out for when going to view a car.

Also, dont be a Chav when you get it. If you fit Neon lights and other such shlt I will find and kill you.

hahahaha theres no neon lights, burberry hats, joggers, mahoosive fake gold chains/earings/soveriegns going anywhere near it! just because im 17 Does not make me a chav..(im quite offended..) im not really. its gna stay standard maybe get lowered with a set a vaux alloys, nothing over the top. i do know a fair bit about novas, bin workin with em since i wa 12 :) so i know what to look for. its just where, been advised to look in 'friday ad' and 'classic car sales' so thats going to be the main search place.

i have a mk1 nova 1.2 on a H reg.
needs some work doing on it.
it has mot untill jan 09 but no tax and is sorn.
like i say some work is needed but also has plenty of extras like full gte body, 2 sets of interia sr and gte, sr alloy wheels and spare parts to do some of the work thats needed.
I bought the car as a project but have nowhere to finish and store the car.
I am looking for offers around £500 for everything and i am from Retford Nottinghamshire.
