hey everyone i am goin to respray my bumpers so that they match the colour of my nova nova i have been told that the bumpers will just flake if i paint them i would be better goin for gsi bumpers but i am not really wanting to make it look like a gsi i want it standard but i want the bumpers colour coded what can i do i have checked the ade post at the top of the forum and there isn't anythin in there that could help me what does everyone here think.
I'd make sure they are keyed up and use plastic primer mate.

as above and let the primer fully harden before top coat :thumb:

Plastic primer is cheaper than I thought, was about 4 quid a large rattle can from my local factors. Get some of that on and like brains said, let it harden properly first. Maybe an idea to use some sandpaper to get a really good key.
180 grit sand paper them, plastic prime then hibuild prime then, flat off with 800 then paint and lacquar.

hibuild prime what with standard primer after the plastic one mate or just use the plastic one sand and paint

hibuild is that a type of primer or is it just a few coats i have never heard that for spraying before so you have got me confused lol
