As if look at the size tho engines are! would more then likely need mounting in the rear

The block is HUGE, the bell housing would be sat in the cabin with you... Would be a rwd space frame job to use the LC block and to be honest a waste of money, would be cheaper to buy a C30SE and do the work yourself.

Jesus he's optimistic. There was a Reshelled Lotus Carlton locally over here, written off but rebuilt into a Brand new shell, registered as a Lotus Carlton and Painted Bright Red, the only one of its kind. The man struggled to get €7000 for the whole car.

Theres a red one in Bristol, he got the piss taken out of him so much e hardly ever takes it out now.

I think that may be the same one. I know it was exported and in heinsight, I should have bought it. I mean €7k (£5.5k) was nothing for it.

These guys may well have a brand new Carlton Shell. They bought all Vauxhalls old stock of body shells at the end of production. He still has the like of Mk3 Astras and Cavaliers so I'd imagine he'd have a Carlton.

Located about 2hrs from Belfast.

Straight 6 in a Nova? LOL

I think it would be plain silly tbh to put that in a nova,i mean you struggle for grip as it is with a powered LET,would just sit there and eat your tyres for fun,But boy would it be some project to build a wide ass rwd track beast,IMO it would go better in a gleaming black cav gsi:)
