F16 Big Flywheel C20xe

Hi i have a C20XE Going in to my nova out of a cavalier sri. im worried that the f16 gearbox wont mate up because its got the big flywheel on it. does anyone know if this will be a problem? :confused:

F16 and F20's are interchangeable, it will fit.
