Got a 1.4 sr in my garage that i bought a few months ago and was told it has a piper cam in it .

Took the head off last night to see if it had or not but i can't really tell apart from it has different numbers on the end to another cam i have which i know is standard.

Could any1 tell me how else i could find out without measuring the lobes.

Cheers Dave.

How can we help any more than what Tom suggested? Lol

You have the cam, so get the part number off it and compare it to Kent/Pipers numbers to identify it :)

Dizzy end of the cam will have the duration stamped into it if it's a piper, mine did and so have all the other pipers I've seen over the years.
