Turbo Derv Tuning

Ok, so I have a 17TDengine for my Post Van and I've been phoned and told of a Frontera Diesel in my Local Scrappie. Anything off it benificial to me? ie Turbo, Intercooler etc etc etc?

Intercooler, maybe some boost pipes etc to help you plumb it in...

Yeah just scanned through his TD tuning guide. IC is coming, boost pipes also (cheers for the reminder) but still unsure weather to grab the Turbo or anything else. Will these have Boost Guages in them?

No gauge I doubt. Turbo might be usefull, though if you are sensible, I doubt it is.

Were they ISUZU aswell? I thought it was the Monteray that shared itself with the ISUZU trooper..

Not too sure, I just took it for granted it was. I'm figuring its a 2.8 TD and as people use Frontera 3.1 Turbos on the A&TD engine I'm wondering about the 2.8 Turbo.

theres is no point, the 1.7 turbo will produce more then enough psi, to cope,

they only thing you will get is more lag

the 1.7 block will take about 50psi before it starts to blow apart, mine only went pop 'understatement' becasue it had 46psi, then i tried to jam, 75bhp shot on nitrus into it lol
