Hi, I've been having problems with my 1.3 13s Nova, it kept dying after around about 1.5 - 2 miles. After replacing loads of parts, I've finally found out that the fuel pump lobe on the cam must be worn, as the fuel pump worked SLIGHTLY better with a thinner gasket. Still died though.

Anyhoo, I'm not replacing the cam just yet. (I know its probably losing power, yeah).

I've bought one of these:

Do I need a regulator or anything to run this with a standard Pierburg 2E carb? Or will it be ok?

Cheers.

Depends on the use and if you want an accurate delivery pressure really.

The fuel pressure that delivers is about right [3.0-4.5 psi] so a regulator is not essential, however, for more consistant results I would still use one.

Ah right, well as long as it will get me going, I'm happy enough. I may order a FPR aswell then.

Cheers dude, just what I wanted to hear!! lol
