As above what do people use on the track cars? Must be road legal.

Also what is the difference between the Toyo R888 2G (£67.37) and the Toyo R888 SG (£72.39)?

The difference is the compound

So cheaper one will be a softer compound?

I'd hazard a guess that the softer ones are normally more expensive.

If you haven't already send an email to the supplier asking for a comparison.

I've gone off Hankook RS-2's lol. The current winner in terms of stunning grip in the wet and dry, plus excellent wear (and cheap) Kumho KU31's

(Jack can FRO with his bitching about Kumhos as he dosent even know which one out of the 20 or so models they have, he has)

Why do people need the grippiest tyres?

Bit of slide never hurt anyone, certainly makes things a bit more interesting.
