c14se tuning

hi all just a quick question for all u c14se owners!!!
i am looking to tune my c14se to around a 100-110 bhp with out carbs or throttle bodies so any ideas?
i already have a 4 branch and de-cat, big valve head with 3 angle valves!!!:thumb:

a nice kent cam

285 to 310 degree cam and mapable management as stuart said. You'll need the management because the standard ecu has trouble with a cam over 270 degree duration.
