Underage driving events?

My little brother (14ish) wants to get into some sort of driving event or somthing. I know there are some circuit things that he could do but cant remember the names now (im very tired) Would be great if it didnt involve much or any contact.

Any ideas?

autograss class one, iirc you only need to be 12 or over, and it used to be only 1ltr mini's,

Essex!, Thats a good place, they got a group called "Junior Rods" 1ltr novas,corsas,minis,pug etc that sort

and its non contact

There's also stuff like Young Drivers at Oulton Park etc which give the younger generation the chance to drive motors.
