well iv really put my foot in it now, lol

i desided to kick the oven door, which made it smash, iv attacked ebay and google and nothing came up

Its commonly known that Internal House doors break easier and are easier to replace. Also, you feel better for breaking bigger objects.

Baxter, just checked the Argos Website, they have some dead cheap Punch Bags on there. Worth investing in in your case mate.
