coilover rear spring lengths/poundages?

im looking to order some higher poundage rear springs for my nova.i was just wondering if anyone knows what length are supplied with the kit?as when going to order some new ones they are in poundage and length i.e 8 inch,9 inch etc.also what poundage rear springs would people recommend?im thinking 300lbs rears??

I run Gaz rear coilovers with 200lbs springs.
Can remeber the lengh sorry.

Depends which coilovers you have, std or short version.
Gaz will be able to advise.
