View Full Version : Excellent condition ecotec nova

Gauging interest in my 2.0litre nova. Looking for £3,500.

The following is just to be more up-to-date:

Car has covered 4,800 miles since the full rebuild of engine + chassis.
Paintwork is in A1 condition (Done by same person as sprayed Joff's Nova). You will look long and hard to see ANY minor scratches/ scuffs. The car was never built to be fast but more to look well on the road / shows.

It has been kept in a very dry garage since the rebuild 1.5 years ago. Selling as I don't get the use out of it that I invisiged. Not helped by been in the north I suppose (lack of events) and my reluctance to take it out in the rain. Would like it to go to someone who will equally look after it. Not sure how realisic my asking price so any (constructive) comments appreciated. PM me for any more info / certain pics.

1 question, why a ecotec and not red top?

The ecotec is what I had available, the performance is only a bit off a redtop - it even beat the only other normally aspirated redtop at top speed when at brunters last year. It is bored out to around 2050cc and has been totally rebuilt so it is giving out good power.

Thanks for comments guy's.
Just got MOT today which just needed the rear drum self adjuster setting up (don't know why they call them self adjusting because i've never seen them work properly). So it now has a full 12months MOT :thumb: .
