wheel bearing

Hey guys

I keep demolishing wheel bearings on the front of my gsi

but not only is the wheel bearing disintigrating the hub bit (sorry dont know technical term - the part the wheel bolts to) keeps getting wore down too, so bad that i have to replace that bit also, i'm getting through 3 a year so any ideas would be great

How do you torque up the castle nut?
