I've been before and whilst you can't knock the workmanship, detail and cash poured into the VeeDubyers, there's a certain small element of the scene which has a stinky 'considerably better modifed cos I'm richer than yow' attitude going on. Said same people are way too busy polishing their undertrays with a Giorgio Armani fine finishing cloth to tell you how they did their latest mod 'Because it's a secret - I don't want anyone copying mate'.
More 'tude than Kevin and Perry and it's a shame, cos it brings down the rest of a great VW scene.
Apart from that small element - cracking show with lots of awesome motors and inspiration.

But that just sums up the E38 crowd all together!!
go to any other VW show, and its totally different, aside from the Westside Cru trying to take centre stage everywhere
Its a big money scene though, and you best have cash to get recognised!

Exactly!!
I went for the first time last year, i`d feel more invited if i just burst into someones house, ran upstairs to the toilet, got the bog roll then went half way back down and took a sh*t right there on the stairs
Its good if you want to just go and "look" at the cars, like you`d "look" at a fine Monet in Musée de l'Orangerie. But you can do that on the forums
Also, im sure theres less "cliqey-ness" (a real word) at the popular American highschool
But non of the above are my bag, so im not going again :p
The smaller VW shows are better
