repair panel (fuel/rear quarter)

is it possible to purchase a repair panel for the fuel filler bit or is it a case of getting a new rear quarter panel??

Just done a search on google. You can buy arch repair panels. I think your best bet is as mowgli said, angle grinder and a scrappy! Good luck.
