Colour change... Again.

Been looking into pretty colours alllll day well in between jobs and coats and i think Ive found the colour i want to spray the nova.

Its a Nice metallic Blue but in true rexton style It wont be the blue from the tin Ohhhhh no it has to be a custom job. So to keep things looking nice and without costing a small "house of kolors" fortune I'm going to add a green, purple and white pearl into the paint and in the clear coat i will prob leave clear but usually i add silver to give it a nicer finish.

I like playing :D

Only problem i have is what colour do i paint the door handels, boot plynth etc. I'm thinking body coloured, with body coloured wheels and polished lips.

Looks like i will be out of the White nova gang soon :D

i have been looking at dark grey, Anther****e is far too common tbh...

Without seeing the colour, its hard to say but IMO body coloured wheels would look abit off. As for the handles, keep them body coloured.

why not just keep it white but with a blue/purple (whatever colour it is on your bumpers) flip?

It never got painted lee, I got a Phone call saying it wasnt worth bothering as the weather was ****e etc. So i never bothered comming, The nova was put into Primer on the saturday, we was going to drive down in the birds focus but after that phone call... Meh.

lol, I brough home 7 sets of colour chips tonight, both me and chris went threw them all and came up with a Hyundi Blue which is very nice and looks like it would suit the nova pretty well.

I was going to go for a colour called Plum Passion lol, Its like Silk Violet but darker. I have looked at olive greens as well, But personally i dont think it will work on the nova.

Just found flippaint.co.uk (info@flippaint.co.uk) as well. I'm about to enquire about some of the pearls they have.

The olive really wouldnt work... Well not for what i want, quite a kool colour tho.

basically prime the car in random bits and slap some clear coat on there woo.

Go for Vauxhall Corsa B Piss Yellow as found on Corsas. Paint the centre of the wheels the same colour, do the Bumpers Satin Black, Yellow tint on the front lights and slam.
