apart from the fact that it is a plastic shell for a cortina & pretty much everything has been robbed, & it would cost thousands to put right & as with most kit cars from that age the interior will be crap & smelly, it could be ok.... Oh & its in a scrapyard so it must be knackered....

it was a cheap lotus eclat in its day & you can get a lotus for cheap money & get a proper car.

I dunno, I think it might be worth it for a laugh. Buy it, leave it outside (lets face it, its not going to rust is it? lol) Get a Sierra Donor car for what, a 5er realsticially and use it as a drift motor. Well worth it imo.

Well worth staying well away IMO.

Have you got money to burn?

Hi, at £70, its not out of the way. You'd easily spend that on a night out.

yea the £70 for the car is pocket change BUT if it would cost alot to get on the road ill rather spend it on one of my other cars. i thought i could get it on the road for few hundred pounds but looks like i wouldnt. it would of only been for a laugh as its something different

^ one I saw at Castle Coombe earlier this year. Dunno what they go for - look on www.cottageclassics.co.uk

IIRC they use fiesta mk2 doors and screen.

My Dad has the G15 mk3 which was a Lotus Elan wannbe with a Hillman Imp engine (aka Coventry Climax)

Dad will have loads of info on them if you need it - i think....

Mate, what is it but a Fibregalss body needing a Sierra Donor Car, they actually look pretty cool and lets face it, to get it up and running should cost pittons. Whats a 2.0 Sierra worth, maybe £200 max? And you can Rob its interior in the mean time until you get something decent.

They are cool looking, Ash, that red one looks fantastic. Any info on the Wheels?
