I have just bought a new 12inch pioneer sub. Not knowing much about car audio, I don't think the sub is very low. The sub is hardly noticeable from outside the car apart from a faint numberplate vibration. Is there any way of making the sub lower, so I can be heard from a distance? :D Its just a faint tap at the moment  The sub is 750watts and its powered by a pioneer 760watt amp. Any ideas? Cheers :)

I dont think I'd run 760w dedicated to it alone lol...

You actually turned the gain up on the amp at all??? And have you got it set to low pass filter? I aint no expert but just fiddle a bit :p :D

Yeah both the gain and low pass are on, gain is about half way, it just seems more punchy than low.

u sed ur sub is 750 watts, and the amp is 760 watts, the amp is a bit pwerful, so dont crank up the gain 2 much as ul nacker it up have u bridged the sub cables on the amp?
