i rolled my nova in may, and iv just got anotha car on the road, a escort xr3i, and compared to the nova, its flat as a fart, dont get me wrong its comfy, and it handles well, but it doesnt pull aswel as the nova did, and you dont get stares of death! and you cant shoot flames out in the car park lol im a idiot, i shoulda slowed down 4 the corner lol

You've bought a dog. All my XR3s and XR3i's were a lot faster than any 1400 Nova, even SRi's. I'd suggest a good service as the CVH tends to clog with old oil a LOT.

there is a poxy breather arrangement on the cvh engine, get it & all of the pipes round it cleaned. they run a lot better.

Aye, and do a decent service, get all belts and filters done and it miguth even be worth your while to take apart the intake and give it a real good cleaning out as well. They can sometimes accumilate dirt and make them run ****.
