i no of many chrome platter's but ermm no black chrome platter's.
anyone got any info?

wheel refurbers, SEM in sunderland offer Black chrome but they are a long way from you

SEM are as good as they come. They saved my RL7's and no-one else would :D
If you want an awesome job they are the ones, as said though bit of a journey lol
