i duno if this is in the right topic, if not plz move
what air capacitity would suitable to spray bumpers, alloys, and small bits of bodywork?
should i go a 25 litre air compressor? or will it not be powerful enough? will it be more like a 50, 75 litre? to handle it a bit better...
any help would be appreichated :)

Biggest you can afford!
I have a 50L receiver but it has a 3HP motor so will keep it topped up quickly. I did my whole taligate and inside the bay and car with no problems!

As for the compressor, the rule of thumb is buy as big as you can afford.

If you're spraying bumpers and only bumpers a smallish one should be ok, but not a 25l as they'd be filling up all day.

Yeah as said above dont buy a 25l mines that and its **** im buying a 50l :thumb:

Aye, I have a 50ltr with a 3hp motor and is fine for small panels, painting a mates full shell soon (205) so we shall see lol

Try to go for a decent quality make too.

My dad works for Thorite (compressed air specialists) and the amount of crap you can buy from places like Netto is unbelievable, and worth nothing, cheap chinese imports up to nothing.
