Top speed, if you're on an F16 cr or F20 will be the same as an XE, as both engines can hit the limiter in 5th. It'll just take a bit longer to get there. Same goes for a V6 or a LET.

i had a go in an astra gte 16v that toped out at 158mph showing on digi dash
at time it was going past a 325 bmw not sure how accurate (spelling) this is but the bmw driver said it went past him at about 145
