Bluetooth Help

Im trying to connect my phone to lappy to transfer music. I have one of those Bluetooth adaptor things (looks like Flash drive). It used to work fine in my old computer, but when trying to use it in new pc im getting strange errors.

In the bottom right it says "usb device not recognise" but it also says the software is installed

I have installed the bluesoli(sp) software and USB drivers but it doesnt seam to want to know :(

Any ideas or is the Stick thingy buggared.

Try plugging it into a usb in the back of your laptop if it isnt already if that doesnt work uninstall the drivers and stuff and reinstall them if that doesnt work.......Did you have vista on your old computer ? if you were using xp last time then maybe you need drivers for vista this time.
