Looking at a suspension set with 35mm springs - question - how much lower would this drop my SR?

SR is currently standard (feel free to photoshop) -

about 35 mm as a guess, sorry I couldn't resiset it. its actually about the optimum lowering to still give good handling, don't believe any of this 100mm drop malarky, just watch the replies now.....

If it's listed for all nova's then probably about 10-15mm, sr/gte then you'll get 35-40 on the front and 25-30 rear id have thought

cool. Got 60mm on the Puntova but the handlings shocking.

Fancy something just to take the edge off the height - make it look a bit more sporty but not so low that the wings get all dinted...

Mowgli i agree :thumb:. There's no point in lowering a nova 100mm it just looks point less (if its an every day run around)

Aye Ade about 40mm all round would look sweet on the SR

I'd consider a different tyre size though - Somehow if you lower it I doubt those big tyres will clear

I Like the look of the 3rd photo shop. But Can I make a suggestion, if you do lower it safely, try fitting rear wheel spacers to make them sit out that extra little bit as I'm sure it'll help the look no end.

Mine is on the Courtney XE Springs which i believe lower the car by about 35-40MM.
My steelies are 14" like your alloys so it gives you an idea of the ride height you get with that size
