hi without sounding dull any ideas how i get the bolts off the manifold the ones underneath the top bolts in between the pipes is there any special tool as i have tried to get at them but no space

wobble bit adaptor and lots of time, patience and grazed knuckles. ring spanner's not a bad bet either. Personally I have a set of snap on sockets that have the wobble drive built in so they're a lot shorter than a socket with wobble drive attached, perfect for manifolds

If its the inlet manifold, you need to get under the car for best results.

If its the exhaust manifold, and a 4-1 affair, you can actually get your arms in between the downpipes and use something like a 13mm ring spanner for them.
