What gearbox to run in my 1.4sr?

is ther a gearbox that i could run in my 1.4sr that is better than the standard ones?

just generaly better all round mine is a bit stiff when changing gear. i wondered weather a corsa B gear box would fit and weather its any better?

Corsa are the same box (Depending on engine) Only way it will be "Better" is if its less miles.
