Not really into transmission as guy i used to work with was in charge of that side of things, bu cant get hold of him lol.

My Diff sounds like a cement mixer, how long will it last?

it is usually the wheel bearing.....

Agreed, Diff bearings tend to get an easy life, even in high power evil use cars.

Ah but my car once in its life thought it was a boat and decided to go for a swim.

Its coming from the gearbox most definately.

Ive seen plenty of low powered cars spit their diffs all over the road, normally after a marathon one wheel burnout session.
