I hate it as well. the ysaid we'll be there between 11 and 5pm, so they turned up at 10am only for me to tell them that it wasnt ready!

Or the other time I waited in all day and they never showed up! ba$tards!

Assuming they've got a route planned im sure they could at least say before 12 or after 1pm.

All they said when I phoned them up was 'I am sorry about that, but we'll re-book them for tomorrow' lol
